At DingDing Love, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Please note:
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back.

  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. DingDing Love is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

At this time, DingDing Love does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
